The Southwest Actors Conference & Expo is actively accepting speaking proposals and panelist positions for the 2024 conference and if you’re an expert with an actor career lesson, hack, case study, or a bit of actor-jedi-wisdom to share - we want to hear from you!
We’re interested in intermediate and advanced-level talks from speakers.
For panelists, we are interested in Talent Agents, and Casting Directors that are located in the Southwest (CA, NV, AZ, NM, UT, CO, & TX).
To be considered for a speaking spot, please fill out the form below. We receive a lot of submissions and the process is highly competitive. Check out the tips below on how to get your session proposal noticed.

Be Concise
Be concise but explain the importance of the topic and what detailed lesson you will teach. Write in the present tense and an active voice. Include 3-4 bullets of what someone will be able to do better or different because of your session.

Attendees want to walk away with a plan of action. Be sure to include specific lessons you'll teach that aren't too generic or broad.
Limit the scope
In 30-60 minutes, you won't be able to cover everything about your topic. Instead, pick a specific useful aspect.
